I can't tell you the wealth of information in A Baby's Diary! It is fascinating. I started using the Infant's Daily Breastfeeding Diary and it is great. It helps me keep track of the number of feedings and the number of diaper changing. It allows me to focus on how to spend special time with my daughter instead of trying to remember later how long she nursed and when she soiled her diaper... I keep the diary close by and record the information when it happens. Very easy!
